General information about shipping

Every article has its individual shipping. These shipping costs are directly related to size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping company and price of the product. In this way, we can offer you a reasonable fair shipping price for your product. The shipping costs differ according to deliveries within and outside of Germany. Decisive is always the destination, not the address of the customer. You will be informed about the expected amount directly at the product or in the shopping cart. The amount of shipping costs may change as more components are added.


Note: Additional country-specific duties, taxes and fees may apply depending on your country of delivery. Please ask these fees at your local customs office. In addition, depending on the contracted carrier may incur additional service and processing fees on which we have no control. We ask for your understanding.

Shipping logistics

The shipping of your order within Germany is usually done with DHL. Parcels are delivered by DHL from Monday to Friday and on Saturday. Particularly large and / or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered either by GLS or by forwarding. Packages are delivered by GLS from Monday to Friday (also in selected postcode areas on Saturdays). In the case of a forwarding delivery, the shipping company will usually arrange an individual delivery date with you. For this we need from you during the ordering process the indication of the telephone number. In the case of delivery by forwarding agency (inside and outside Germany), ie for larger systems packed on a one-way pallet, delivery will take place up to the property (curbside). For further transport, the customer must take care of himself. The disposable pallet remains with the customer and must be disposed of with household waste or a recycling center.

Shipping time

The shipment of stocked goods takes place within one working day. The respective availability can be found on our website. Please note that for orders, which are settled with the payment method "advance payment", the delivery can be made only on the way, as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. The delivery time for delivery by DHL or GLS within Germany usually 1-2 days. For deliveries by freight carrier, the parcel transit time within Germany is normally 3-5 days. Delivery times outside Germany can be longer.

Particularities

For logistical reasons, DHL and GLS shipments to the same addressee are occasionally split and delivered on different days in succession, especially if the packages have different sizes. That may be the case with your order. Therefore, there is no cause for concern should the first broadcast not be complete. As a rule, the missing components are replenished within a short time. PayPal

What is PayPal? PayPal is the online payment service that lets you pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops - and it's free.

Safe: Your bank or credit card details are only deposited with PayPal. That's why they are not sent over the Internet every time you shop online.

Simple: you pay with two clicks. Because you can access your bank or credit card details deposited with PayPal instead of entering them again with every purchase. PayPal payments arrive quickly. Our shop does not store card information!

Credit card

We accept VISA Card, Eurocard / Mastercard as well as American Express. The debit of the credit card account takes place with the order. The credit card information will of course be transmitted encrypted with SSL and kept strictly confidential, so that your data do not get into "strangers hands".

To protect against card misuse on the Internet, we support 3-D Secure security procedures. After entering your credit card details, you will automatically be redirected to a secure page of the card issuing bank and will confirm your payment there. This is followed by actual online authorization.

Debit

As part of the PayPal Plus program, the possibility of direct debit payment is offered as a direct selection below the PayPal payment method. Any credit checks are carried out by PayPal. Upon payment, you will give PayPal a direct debit authorization to collect the amount from your bank account indicated at PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account1 for this. Purchase on account

In cooperation with PayPal, we offer purchase from a shopping cart value of 50, - to 1500, - Euro. If you have chosen Purchase by Invoice, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. After successful address and credit check and submission of the order, HifiPilot GmbH relinquishes its claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. For the payment via PayPal apply - in addition to the terms and conditions of the seller - the terms and conditions and privacy policy of PayPal. Bank transfer

If you select the payment method in advance, you will find our bank details in the order confirmation, which you will receive after your order by mail. Please indicate your order number in the purpose of the transfer, so that we can assign the payment! The invoice amount has to be transferred to our account within 14 days. If the payment is not made on time, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Note about shipping:
The dispatch takes place within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

Collection in our shop (75239 Eisingen, Germany)

The payment method Pickup in 75239 Eisingen can be selected to reserve goods online and then pick them up in our shop in Eisingen and pay locally. Payment is either in cash or by debit card.
